As long as the car is under "new car" 4 yr 50k warranty, the only thing you're worried about is a "buy back" or a "lemon" Anything else can be "fixed" at the dealership for free. Just make sure exterior wear and tear looks good.

CPO is just a crappy aftermarket warranty that they use to make people feel better about getting ripped off.

fyi, once you're out of your "new car" warranty, CPO will only cover if your car blows up. it will not cover anything they can weasel out of such as any interior trim, leather, anything they can chalk up as excessive wear
