Members Help! I'm going mad. I have an extremely annoying buzzing noise coming from my center console. It's like a fly that's trapped behind a window blind. I can't take it. People suggested it was the ash tray butt exstingisher but I removed the entire assembly and the buzzing is still present. What can it be????

 

Have you try to remove the rear center console to better listen for the buzzing noise. Below the rear console there is nothing that I can think of making this noise.

 

Are you sure the noise are come from the center console? I do get buzzing noise from the interior rear view mirror sometime and it sounds like its from the center console. One touch to the mirror and the noise is gone.

 

rivan is right ..if you touch the plastic connected to the rear view mirror,wich is touching the windshield it should do the trick

 

Wow I never would thought my hearing is so decieving. I swear I hear it around the ashtray. I'll give it a try. Anyone else????
