Fabspeed Motorsports wants to thank all those who are using our systems on their 997 and the great feedback we’ve received. This system has continually developed and been refined over time to maximize performance while saving significant weight from the rear of the car. Fabspeed offers a wide range of products for your 997 including the famed Maxflo mufflers, high performance headers, 200 CPSI tri-metallic sports race catalytic converters, catbypass pipes, GT3 CUP style muffler bypass pipes, and a CUP cold air kit.

Fabspeed 997 Maxflo Mufflers

• Fits all 997 vehicles 2005+.
• Please specify "997" or "997 S"
• These mufflers are constructed from high quality, 14-16 gauge T304 stainless steel; better fit and finish than most competitors.
• 8 to +12HP & 10ft/lbs. of torque that you can feel and much better throttle response depending on model year.
• Saves 12 lbs/6kg from the rear of the car.
• You can reuse your factory OEM Porsche tips or other aftermarket tips which bolt onto stock 997 mufflers.
• Special adjustable V band clamps for adjusting tips. A real hand and time SAVER over the lousy factory 997 tip clamps. These are available separately for $45.00 pair.
• Superb sports car sound, throaty and deep at idle and medium speeds. This system is docile enough for the wife/girlfriend, but strong when floored through the gears.
• Fabspeed Maxflo mufflers can be installed with factory catalytic converters.
• Fabspeed exhaust systems have the finest show car-mirror polished finish available in the world! Finest quality-hydro formed muffler cases, radius stress relieved, C.N.C. mandrel bent tubing, pulse TIG welded, 2000 degree ceramic fiber and stainless steel wool packed free flow mufflers.

Fabspeed 997 Maxflo Sport Headers

• Fits all 997 vehicles 2005+.
• Maxflo sport headers for the Porsche 997 will increase +15HP & +12 ft/lbs of torque.
• Triangular/pyramidal F1 high velocity merge collectors for maximum exhaust scavenging and volumetric efficiency.
• Slightly larger primary pipes for better exhaust flow and less backpressure.

• More power and torque across the RPM band.

• Fits all 997 vehicles 2005+
• Fabspeed’s sport race catalytic converters are made with German imported 200 CPSI high flow cores.
• T304 stainless steel, C.N.C. mandrel bent tubing for maximum exhaust flow with less restrictions that stock.
• Increase in horsepower and torque throughout the RPM band.

Joey, I bought from you in July 2006 Maxflo mufflers for my 2006 C2s and they now have 13,200 miles on them with 12 track days in very hot Florida and a few autocrosses...THEY ROCK!...not a single issue...seem to be very well made!!!!!!!!

 

nice stuff, the build quality and welds on those pieces is phenomenal
