997 S Cabriolet... is this a good deal???

I'm looking at a private party 2005 Carrera S Cabriolet with 19,000 miles, the car is silver with black top/interior, options are-

sport short shifter
sport Adaptive seats
Bose Premium sound system
sport chrono package plus
3 spoke multi-function steering wheel
Porsche crest in headrests
6 year/100k extended warranty from Porsche

I can buy this car for $70k, is this a steal??? good deal? or just o.k. deal???

Thanks

Jeff

i have a 06 997S cab and the dealer offered me 69k as a trade in just a month ago, and that's with only 7k miles. i think i could get 75k - 77k selling to the public. if i consider yours, i think the mileage seems a bit high for the money, heck it's basically got 20k miles on it, and it's an 05.

if it's the car / color combo you want, then that changes things a bit, you can't really push price too hard if you're getting exactly what you want. if it's not, then i'd try getting them at least into the 68k range. so i would say 70k is an ok deal and that the warranty is a nice bonus.

Yeah this is an OK deal at best. I have seen worse, but if it were me I wouldn't go over 65-66k.
