Leather sports seats, not powered, opinions?
+1...they are great indeed.
Does anyone have info to confirm the weight difference between the leather sports seats and the regular power seats? I thought I read it was many dozens of pounds but I was just reading the 2008 911 order book and it suggests that the new folding bucket seats have a 15 lb. advantage over the leather sport seats and a 19 lb. advantage over the adaptive sport seats, suggesting there is only a 4 lb. Advantage between the non powered leather sports seats and the adaptive and fully powered sports seats.
That doesn't seem like much at all for those choosing the non powered to save weight. Furthermore one would imagine that the regular power seats are no heavier than the adaptive seats, I'm left wondering what performance and weight advantage remains for the non powered sports seats?

I'm light enough where I can race a heavy guy with no seats. Just kidding .
In all seriousness -I can't comfirm an actual weight difference but it really would appear to be very slight betwen the "sport seats" and "sports adaptive" .
