Since this seems to be the question that everyone asks but doesn't have a definitive answer to, I threw a set of PSE mufflers that I got on the always accurate bathroom scale and the weight comes out to ~23lbs per muffler (including tips). I don't happen to have an exact number but someone here mentioned the stock cans weigh ~20lbs per side. Hope this helps. Now its just time to get the suckers installed!

 

I weighed my PSE muffler with tips andgot 24.3lbs
