Price of HRE P40 Monobloks

Does anyone know the typical price of these wheels in the US? I just want to compare it with a quote I got for them in the UK.

8.5" x 19" front
11" x 19" rear

Many thanks

Ian

Ian, your being helpful on another thread so let me lend a hand here....I believe they are somewhere in the 6K range depending on size of rim, and tire selection. HRE's are not cheap, I personally love the wheel and even thought about switching my deep dish GFG 20's for this particular wheel...I might have to have two sets though because I like the look I have right now..

Just out of interest Ian, where are you based in the U.K.
I'm in the south east.
Sorry, nothing to do with the HRE's I'm afraid but I do think they are the best looking wheel available for the 997.
Regards
Simon

I was actually looking at these the other day, although I was pricing 20" not 19" and just for wheels (not including tired) they were around $1600 each (although I found it surprising that the price was the same for both the front and the rear, when the rear was 12x20 and the fronts were 9.5x20

LeonJr / hagel - thanks for the information. This seems about right - I'm being quoted approx £800 per wheel in the UK and the exchange rate is about $2:£1.

johnsosn - I'm based in Manchester, just near the airport if you know the area. I agree with you about the HRE wheels - they do look magnificant but I can't really justify £3200 for them. I'd rather spend it on performance bits!

Hi Ian,
The reason I asked your location, was just that I would have liked to have a listen to your exhaust.
Unfortunately thats waaay too far to be nosey!!
Have you got the awe mufflers yet?
I can't decide if I should just use the cat sections or change more.
I like more power, but I don't want to lose torque and I don't want it to be loud.
Regards
Simon
