nothing yet I have been busy with my finals but there is aother guy did his PCM in black. still don't know if the vents can be done

yes.. i've seen the black pcm and hvac controls... they look nice. kinda like the new 997.2

Start by taking the little trim piece around the shifter off, then take off the shifter boot, then take off 2 screws on either side of the pcm near where your legs would be. After that, just look under the entire piece and you will see that there are about 5 other screws holding the console down. Taking out the ashtray should disclose another screw. Just remember that you will have to disconnect the wiring harness for the passenger air bag off illuminator. entire process for someone who is a bit handy should be 20 min. Goog luck

We've done plenty. If you do some other pieces inside the vehicle, it works well. Otherwise, depending on interior color, it's a stark contrast. Here are some random shots from our customers:
