front suspension adjustments

I have done a search on the front suspension and could find nothing that answers my question.
Sorry if it is a dumb question but....
My question is:
Is there any adjustment in the lower control arm that would bring the bottom of the tire(part that sits on the road) in (towards middle of the car).
It seems that my passenger side is about 1/4 inch further out than the driver side.I want to lower my car more but worry about the fender lip.I know I could throw the camber plate over a bit more but probably would not be good for tire wear. The two adjustments at the top of the shock tower look to be about the same.So that is why it would be great if there is adjustment at the bottom side.I hope this makes sense as it is hard to describe.

Thanks for the input.

Stacy

mishref is infamous around these parts
Yeah .. you have positive camber (not good), most likely from hitting a curb.

Take your car to get aligned ASAP.
