How can I remove a bird **** stain from my bumper?

Yesterday, a bird tried to paint my black car white

I knew I had to take care of it right away and since my car could use a full wash I removed it today (24 hours later) but just washing it doesn't do the job... the crap is gone but I still have a huge stain that won't go away.

It's on the back (plastic) bumper... anyone any ideas on how to remove it?

TIA

there are those sprays bug and tar removal etc...
any good mild polish or cleaner wax combo should also do the job.
BUT, i have just used a soaked towel and just let it sit on the car until the **** softens up and just washes right off.
maybe the pros have a better answer, i hope you didnt scratch the paint while trying to remove the stuff while it was dry... i remember my brother did that once on a black audi and it wasnt pretty.

Try some 3M Perfect It rubbing compound which can be bought here: http://www.superiorcarcare.net/3mperllrubco.html followed by some polish and then wax. Will definitely get rid of the etched paint from the bird crap.
