oh im sure they blew up a real one, just removed all the nasty metal bits that can cause problems with flying debris. probably a salvaged fix up for the shot though.

Just watched the movie after reading this thread... and I liked it... far from the best movie I saw recently but compelling. f*ck those reviewers that didn't like the movie... get a life or find another job because you s*ck at it.

And... they didn't blow up a Porsche, it was a metal box with wheels, a pipe connecting it and 2 tubes welded to that pipe supposed to be exhausts... pretty lame but who cares?

And yes, the car changed rims... not halfway the movie but after the first scene where it appeared... from the sports look rims to the standard ones... every Pcar driver should have noticed that!

the movie was pretty good-i never let reviewers make decisions for me-besides, al pacino is in the movie-he is one of the best actors of our time-how bad could the experience be?
