Mileage, what do you get?
I get 15 or so in the city. Two weeks ago I went on a longer drive on the highway with some minimum stop and go, and I got 24. And I should mention I saw triple digits a lot.
That is unbelievably good mileage. I doubt if I could achieve that by driving steadily on flat road at 60mph. I drove from SFO to Orange County last Friday, most of which was on boring I-5 (flat and straight), and averaged 22 on the whole trip. Cruised around 80-85 mph for much of the way.
For the most part, I think PCM Trip Computers in general are a bit optimistic when it comes to MPG. I get about 17mpg on average, 24 mpg on road trips/primarily freeway driving.
I got 20.1 MPG after I drov all the way from Denver to newport beach and the way going back I got 21.1 MPG.
this number takes really long time to change even the avg speed. I was dringin for about 10 hours avg speed of 70 and it shoes 32mph

BTW , on the HWY , I out pulled a 2004 TT from entrance to.HWY ... think he was a poor driver... did not go above 140 kph. think he should have pulled away from me then .

I hope your trip numbers were computed just for the trip and not averaged over total miles since reset.
The only way the trip computer could be optimistic is if the fuel metering is inaccurate or if the odometer is inaccurate (in which case you may be right as they tend to read higher speed than actual).
