Every state is different as to their lemon laws.

Generally 4X's for the same issue can invoke the lemon law. Some states say 30 or more days at the dealership does.

I doubt what you are experiencing would invoke the LL.

I would, however, check with local counsel.

I can assure you it's not a slam dunk, and you best have a substantial paper trail to evidence the issues beyond the dealer repair orders.

This is why it is critical to give the service writer at the dealership every time you go in a written list of your problems. Make sure it's dated and that you have a copy.

Your issue is occurring slightly differently. It sounds like your dealer has properly identified the tilt angle sensor. But, if they are just replacing the PSM stuff as your post seemed to indicate I would be prepared for it to reoccur. If it does, insist on the sensor being fixed. I had all sorts of PSM, PASM, air bag and other sensors replaced on my car first and those fixes were all just temporary.
