Apologies to Eurowheelusa

You may all remember a few weeks ago I posted... shall we say a frustarted post in regards to a set of wheels I purchased from Eurowheelusa to which I was having some problems with.

I want to set the record straight... and to give credit where credit is due...

Bob from Eurowheelusa stepped in to help me out with the issues I was having with the Carrera 10 Spoke wheels I purchased from them. It seems there were some technical issues which resulted in them not receiving any of my emails until my final email where I used the email link from Pay Pal which they did receive, to which they promptly responded.

Bob stepped up to the plate and handled the situation in a most professional manner. It seems they were stiffed from their manufacturer and as a result weren't aware of the issues with the different R13 radius lug hole instead of the standard Porsche R14 radius. Bob, supplied me with the correct replacment lugs the very next day which fixed all of my problems.

I very much appreciate their assistance and the professional manner in which they resolved the issue and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from the again in the future.

Thanks to Bob and eurowheelusa.

Karl.

Good to hear that they made good in fixing the problem you had, but are they still made in China, as opposed to Italy?
