I m a little confused about the next gen carrera lineup. I ve read here that there will not be turbo ,gt3 or gt2 facelift models and the next gen the 991 probably will show up late 2010. But I also read here and saw spy videos testing the facelift gt3 which will come in 2010. I also think today I saw somewhere a spy foto of the next gen carrera. So the qeustion is: Whats goin on?? I cant decide if I choose the facelift or wait for the completely new 911.

 

I think that there is no GT2, GT3 or Turbo announced yet, as when the 997 was first released, the other products followed a few years later. I would imagine that a Turbo and GT3 would come along, as they sell a large amount of them.

 

I think the same, top models like gt2 and gt3rs will appear later.

 

Porsche has a habit of doing this. Remember when the 997 came out, you could buy a facelifted 996 TTS at the same time, also the GT3.
