How easy to take off aftermarket sideskirts, rear diffuser?

I am possibly interested in buying a 997S with some aftermarket parts (Techart sideskirt, rear diffuser, ...) and was wondering how easy it is to return the car to stock (I personally prefer it that way, no offense)? Do the parts just bolt on or are they glued on or maybe were extra holes maybe drilled? How easy is it to "de"-chrome wheels also? Thank you for all the help.

first dib on the side skirts if you want to sell them. Real techart parts in real good condition that is.

-side skirts use screws under the car and on each end in the wheel well area. the upper side edge uses double-sided body tape to the car. Assuming it has been installed in this manner, it can be easily removed by a competent body shop (or careful DIY).

-Rear diffuser not sure.

-Chrome wheels can probably be prepped / painted any color you want.

I'm in SoCal (West LA), let me know if you get the car and need some info on where to take the car for removing parts. I'd also be interested in the side skirts.
