Very good article, the new Carrera just plain has to the best vehicle Porsche has every made. I can't wait to drive a new one with the PDK.

i find it interesting how much they feel pdk takes away from the car, and that the design / feel of the steering interface more or less described as poor.

they actually like the 6 speed 911 quite a bit better. sounds like if you would have opt'd for the trip tranny before, the pdk is a great option, but if you're a driver you still would want the 6 speed.

i can't say i disagree with this (from only looking at the pictures), because the pdk steering wheel "thumb buttons" look like a ergonomic brainfart no matter how much quicker the car might be.

good find. I agree with the article regards to PDK. The placement of the shift 'buttons' really bother me. It just doesn't feel natural. My M3 SMG with the shift 'paddles' like in other exotics feel more natural and telepathic. I'm sure people will get used to PDK and its fine. Hopefully aftermarket gurus will come out with a retrofit kit. just my 2 cents.
