Slip a costco card or other flexible credit card into the front edge of the fog light (the edge towards the center of bumper) and work it in until you release the clip. Then just hinge it outward and remove. I think I used a Vons card and Costco card stacked togther to make it thicker.
Be careful not to scratch your paint. There's an "official" tool from Porsche for this if you want to pick one up from the dealer.

It's in your owner's manual.

What, people actually read the manual and use the supplied tool?

Come one.. this is America, where we gouge the crap out of the bumper with a screw driver, or we just ask others.

I wonder how many folks actually opened their manuals and read through them, or at least glanced through them.
