Anyone know the quality of this bumper?

It's fiberglass and of unknown quality- Enough said right there, don't do it.
Stick with poly for bumpers. FG is ok for side skirts and deck / wings as long as they are decent quality (FRP, known manufacturer).

If you buy a cheap FG bumper you'll spend a ton of money in fitment and prep work to get it to fit / paint decently, and then who knows if it will just start cracking in a few months.

 

That is CHEAP but then again you get exactly what you pay for in this world.
