Covers of any kind look tacky. Seat wear can be fixed - unless it's dyed leather, the usual painted leather can be easily repainted to look new.

Also... stop the wear rising up, and in the process do some exercise.

+1 There. I think any seat covers look tacky. Just fix them if they get too worn looking.

Yea, it surprised me that there was noticable wear on such a low mileage car. Didn't know if it could be corrected so just trying to prevent further damage.
