definitely a 3er, and probably not a deer.
if it was a deer, the driver is EXTREMELY lucky he didn't take out the legs and see the body fly into the windshield.

The photos, as previously mentioned, are a repost. The driver of the car, however, is lucky that the animal didn't come through the windshield. Deer are stupid and will run right into a car. Luckily, most deer strikes don't result in serious injuries to the motorist.

The car is another matter. I have heard that, in some locations, motorists get collision insurance just for deer strikes. Had it happen once, the deer ran out of the woods right into my car and trashed out the whole front end. Drivable, but totalled.
