Clutch cant handle the power or what?

Something weird happened the other day, considering I only have a little over 20k miles on my car i thought i would not be having any clutch issues at this point.

I took Off a little harder than usual (launch) and the car was only going like 10 mph while i was flooring it, while the rpm's were going all the way up to redline. I shifted to second and again the rpm's kept going up while i went no where.

Is it time for a new clutch already?

Its not unsual to burn a clutch up in under 30k miles, especially if you drive it hard like that. I do see that you put an ET in your signature lol.

Your clutch might be perfrectly fine but the release lever is getting hung up on quick shifts under power. Very common with the inferior Porsche design. Either way, you have to pull the box to find out. Another possability is your slave is hanging up.

I think this is just an excuse for me to get an aftermarket clutch and LW flywheel..
Any recommendations.
