I might just do that in the near future.

I'm interested in either ordering a late '09 or an early '10 c2s coupe w/pdk.

His car won't be a turbo.

congrats on your new pcar and "daring to be different"

I think that cars ordered with extreme color combos look good when fully tricked out (wheels, lowered, body kit, carbon fiber goodies interior / exterior, etc etc). Please post pics at some point, hope it turns out as nice as you are anticipating.

-remember all that really matters is that you love it.

I'm pretty sure the sport chrono package, when equipped with PDK, allows for 2 additional levels of performance ("sport" and "sport plus") both of which includes more aggressive shifting and throttle mapping.

So while I'd agree that the timer on the dash (known as "The Wart" in some Porsche circles) is ugly, I think its something to seriously reconsider, not only for performance purposes but also for resale. I think the unique color combo will likely put you at a disadvantage from a resale perspective, so you probably don't want to miss a "must have" option...

Just my opinion

So who did you end up buying it from?

It sounds nice to me. Black isn't bad with red stitching. Red interior with black exterior in a cab will definitely pop, especially top down in the Florida sun. please post pics when you get it!

implications if you go for the 6 speed. I'm not worried about resale as I'm leasing the car through my company, which is another reason I decided to get a little crazy on my combo.
