PASM vs aftermarket suspension?
PASM vs aftermarket suspension?
PSAM means aftermarket suspension is not possible (atleast not yet, or it'll be expensive).
What are your thoughts on this? Does the 997S w/ the PSAM drive as good as a 997 w/ an aftermarket suspension? Will it?
However ... the 997 doesn't have 355HP ... or should I wait til the 997 GT3 come out (no PSAM)?
decisions decisions .... I know the decision is utlimately my, but your opinons are welcome.
Thanks.

Personally I'm opting for the "S" because I think its a good value. Try tacking on a big brake kit, suspension, wheels and 30HP in the aftermarket and you will find yourself well north of the 10K premium Porsche charges.
I did talk to Todd at EVO briefly about this. He said he would be working on suspension bits right away and could probably offer you some feedback in a week or so.

I don't know about the US market, but ROW models offer a choise between PASM and a sports-tuned suspension that is about 20mm lower plus it comes with an LSD. If that is also offered in the US version then it's the better option IMHO.
