Thats what I'm thinking. I got 34mpg for good stretch.... when I reset the counter comming down out of the Cascades on I-90 and drove into Bellevue and north to Kirkland on I-405. Downhill with little throttle helps.

Imperial gallon...... You should hit 27-28mpg in US.
