In carbon on the seal great it would look real nice with aset of brushed wheels and lowered suspension. This is my taste. Gorgeous!!!!

That's not right. The dealer has to accept the responsibility for that . But the good news is, that this is an opportunity to start the never ending quest for mods. Techart type II front bumper and spoiler IMO. For now, just put the plate back on.

If your not interested in the black one please let me know. I'm looking for a replacement for mine as it was originally a Florida car that had been through European delivery-2 sets of holes.

Thanks.

sorry to see that, when took delivery I told the dealer that I dont want a front plate, i want to put the registration and inspection stickers so to leave them off as well (hate when the stickers on the windshield are not lined properly. Well thats a part of my OCD but at least Im happy.
In your case I would go with a GT3 front or if money is no issue....the techart complete bodykit is so hot

That sucks. Are the dark lines impressions in the bumper or just dirt ? If you going stock I'd just have the bumper fixed particularly if you'll need to pay for a respray on an off color part anyway. A good shop, experienced working with the material used to make these bumpers, can repair it at a reasonable cost. Otherwise, I vote for the GT3 bumper. If you want one, you'll never have a better excuse and they really are the best looking bumper on these newer cars without giving it that "boy racer" look.

A good body shop should be able to fix that pretty easily.

so thoughtless of them to mangle the bumper cover like that. if you don't want to replace or repair and respray the bumper I think a euro-style front plate would look good to cover the atrocity. They add some panache to 911's.

There is way more damage there than just license plate holes. It looks like whoever handled the car before you (dealer gopher) hit something, perhaps a wall or another car, and tried to cover it up with the licence plate mount.

I ordered a euro plate for now and will eventually take it to a bodyshop. After looking at all the other front bumpers, GT3, TT, Tech-Art I decided that I honestly don't like any of them... They look unbalanced on a C4S, I'm all about clean simple lines...

I had the front license plate in the trunk of my 997 S for three months after I received it. I never intended to put it on. During that three month period, I got two tickets for not having a front plate, and one ticket for not having a front plate mounting bracket on the front bumper. Yes, you read that right, a front plate mounting bracket, that is a separate offense and ticket from not having a front plate. I finally put the damn thing on. I hate it, but am getting used to it now. In LA nowadays, and specifically Beverly Hills, the cops are really cracking down on cars that don't have front plates mounted. The city has thrown up these damn red light traffic cams all around and want to make sure they can squeeze every dollar out of you for bull**** offenses. I dont mind paying the $20 ticket each time I would get a ticket, but they require you to go to the courthouse to have one of the cops there verify that you installed the front plate and paid the fine before they dismiss it. So i just said screw it and left the plate on permanently.

Suncoast is running a special on the GT3 front bumper, it's a great deal and OEM quality. If you're like me, I do the math on the cost to fix this issue, and take it out of the cost of the GT3 front bumper plus paint and look at the net cost that's how I justify everything lol

Ditto that.....replacements not necessary unless a change is in your plan.
Good luck.

Same here. It only comes out when I'm parked at the airport where the revenue patrol is always out in force.
