Cars and Coffee.... unique Porsche

I am sure this has popped up before but I had to post my pics.

I saw this at Cars and Coffee a couple of weeks ago. At first I thought, hey a slant nose Porsche! Of course something was a little odd about it. Here are the pics...enjoy!

Yeah, I did not get a chance to talk to the owner but I imagine it is very very fast. And, probably a little dangerous. From the looks of the interior and exterior, this car has Porsche parts from many different models. I was hard pressed to figure out what model Pcar it actually is....

It is not too uncommon to see late 70s and early 80s 911s with chevy V8s in them. Renegade out of vegas has complet conversion kits for 911s, 944s, and 914s. I have seen several 914s with chevy v8s in them and taken a ride in one. I believe that the chevy V8 is actually ligher than the 3.0 or 3.2 911 flat 6.

Yeah, I hear a lot of people talk about weight but I also believe the V8 is a lighter motor....
