Removing Center console

Does anyone have detailed DIY instructions on how to remove the 997 center console? thanks

So i have to remove pdk shifter lever and boot to remove rear center console? Dang!

for $40 i bought a soft copy of a full manual for working on my 996 - can't seem to find the same things for these newer Porsches?

Shop manuals can really help, but they can be expensive. Huge too.

I used the instructions found on renntech.org as well. I was able to exchange my handbrake without removing the shift **** assembly by gently tilting the center console forward after loosening all attachments...saved lots of time this way. Not sure about the PDK though. Good Luck.
