I think it is funny that people are taking things personal here.

Nick, your car looks nice. You asked the forum for opinions and they are offering them to you. I wouldn't take it personally and just extract the information from the different perspectives that you were initially asking for. Yrralis1 has been around the block a few times and his opinion is genuine. You can agree or disagree, but it is honest and gives you something to bounce off off. I hope you make a decision that will make you happy in the end.

Where should I price this 997 As-Is & Stock?
If you want to sell it, then price it right around $37 grand. Recent auction sales of 2005 997 base coupes with less than 20 thousand miles show sales prices of around $37 grand. One recent sale of a car with a few more miles than yours was for $34,500. IMHO options and mods do very little for the resale value of a 997. It has been and remains a buyers market for these cars. John
