Can anyone recommend and/or has anyone experience with an international car transport company who can assist me with shipping (and taking care of customs etc) my 997 cabrio from New York to Amsterdam?

Do a search in the GT3 section. There was a thread of a guy from Toronto that shipped his GT3RS to Germany to drive it on the Nurburgring. In one of the posts he lists the shipping company that he used.
