Does anyone know what the width and weight difference for the various wheels are? Particularly the 19" Sport Design wheels and the Turbo Wheels?

I would weigh them. Whichever are the lightest are the prettiest.

As much as I would love to go into the dealers lot and start jacking tires off to bring them home and weigh them, I doubt they would like that. Ergo my need for someone else to do that for me.

I remember reading somewhere that the Turbo wheels were a little narrower then either the S II wheels or the Sport Design wheels, that true?

I meant it metaphorically. Sorry. I presume the weights are specified or cited here and there, though I've never seen them all pulled together. In that regard, it would be the makings for a good sticky forum thread. An ongoing list of wheel weights...

Greggt, thanks for the info. I am surprised it's not more of a difference to be honest. Are they both the same widths at least?

Here's a photo of my 09 C2S Cab w/ stock Carrera IIs prior to replacing w/ HRE P40s. I think the P40 is one of the best looking wheels for the 911 and they are lighter than stock.

Damon, do they make the SSR GT3 for the narrow body 997? I wish Tirerack had a larger selection of styles for that NB 997s

Per Damon @ Tirerack...

The OZ's are a very nice and a fairly respectable price....do you know if there is any plans for them to make a 12" Rear in the 20".....the 11" Rear in the 20" Wheel is a bit weak....

The P40's are far and away my favorite...the Oz's a close 2nd.

Rinspeed 20's for me, love them as they are comparably lightweight and strong.... I'd be in for a trade with someone to 19's though.
