Are deals available on 2009 C4S PDK cars?

A friend of mine is in the market for a 2009 C4S PDK coupe, probably new and a cash purchase. I haven't looked at these for a while and wonder what types of discounts are available for cars currently on the lot? What should he expect to get as a % off MSRP?

Meanwhile my 10 GT3 gets built this month, so there is a light (a red one at that) at the end of the tunnel.
