So they may in fact be OEM wheels, but they are likely not "new".
I`ll try to call them today and figure this out. It is never late just to cancel the order in worst case scenario.

I understood 'OEM wheels' are in fact regular normal Porsche wheels. Or are they same cheap Chinese replicas like ones from Ebay? Hmm. May be it is really just better to cancel this.

PS. Funny, just received email about my order, apparently this is a company that handles it:

Well, as I investigated, it is actually lkqcorp.com who is behind it and it seems it has something to do with those recent lawsuits against so it it is now covered by other company that makes actual sale, well, I cancelled it as it does not seem to worth it.

Will take OZs HLT. Almost same price anyway...

Other language in their page showing those wheels also says they (in general) sell OEM wheels, reproduction wheels, aftermarket wheels, etc. In this case, I'm betting they are the cheap knock offs because the ones pictured are priced at a fraction of what OEM costs the dealers.

Well, it is true perhaps. I still not sure it would be much of the deal but for sake of my good sleep ordered botticellis HLT my wife liked.

As of why having 2 sets of rims - well, I am building convenient daily driver out of this car. Already got a bunch of stuff for it, so it will be driven a lot. Having second set of rims is convenient. I always had it like this on all my cars - winter set and summer set. As soon as any wheel gets out of condition I simply mount another set and have no issues with waiting for tires to be replaced. It`s convenient. I just did not expect it will be such a pain in the #ss to find native Porsche wheels. That shop was sort of recommended as source providing tested used real wheels for cheap. In reality it seems LKQ corp actually imports grey aftermarket branded as made by legit manufacturer but in fact - counterfeit. At least I found that Ford sued them on this ground.
