Wow to Porsche machines !
I've just returned from picking up a new 2007 C4 and I've got that joy you've all felt ! The black C4 has less then 2k miles and is nicely optioned. The car is like the quality of a fine tool in the hand. I've never felt so secure and in control of an auto. The Road ahead looks very promising . . . .

BTW, I still get that feeling, but it has only been 3 years. I suppose that it will go away one day. Nah, I doubt it.
