Hi, I can tell you that Jan from 9ff did refund the cost of the parts to me. It took some time but that was only because he didn't fully understand what was going on over here in the US. A real unfortunate situation.

It should be noted that it was the US distributer and 9ff has since canned him. The overseas office still has good repor from what I've read. Didn't they also make right w/ the member?
