Thanks for the tip. I'm likely going to try the x-pipe. I'll be bolting them to an EVOMS-like set of headers (old SunCoast design actually) that I just purchased used and Fabspeed mufflers. Any issue with this (equal length) setup?

I do not have any and do not think you`ll have. I think it is for the best to go with original matching components - if you would have AWE mufflers then most likely it would make sense to get AWE cats, if you have Fabspeed - get Xpipe.

I love mine. Just make sure after install you have no gas leaks on cats/headers joint. Or get new clamps. Those leaks affect performance and reduce mid-range torque plus add up very nasty sound effects. Ideally then you start up car cold and place palm around clamp edge you should not feel any gas hitting your hand nor see water drops being pushed out.

Plus be sure to do ECU reset after you get new cats on or car will run very sluggish and you`ll be surprised. It is enough to wait 15 minutes for complete reset.
