I want it! Since I can't have it, I'm going to get that ducktail (either from Porsche or Misha). I think it looks perfect!

I'm a fan of that rear bumper and single tips each side. Like the double-humped roof too.

We pay fewer Dollars in the US than they pay Euros in Germany (despite the fact that a Euro is worth way more than a Dollar) for a new GT3.

If the car were to be sold here (don't think so), it would cost double a C2S like everywhere else which is around $170k.

What exhaust system, Cargraphic, AWE, Fabspeed, Tubi, etc do you think could immulate the same sound as this car for a 997.1S?

It could have looked so much more retrotastic, though...

Even in this economy they'll sell 'em all before they ever start making 'em. But I'm confused, the article says it only comes as a 6 speed manual but then says ".....A 13-speaker BOSE sound system is standard on the Sport Classic, as is Porsche’s Sport Chrono lap timing/launch control system...." I thought launch control was only available with the PDK transmission ?

AMAZING! The next mods for my car are matte white stripes and a ducktail. I've been wanting to do a ducktail since i bought my car but couldn't find any pics but it looks amazing here. BTW here's a pic of the MAshaw ducktail. Anyone have more pics of it? preferably painted body color?

Yep, love that car. Can't possibly afford it, I'm not in good enough standing with my dealer to order it, and couldn't justify it, but still think it's da' bomb. And it validates why I'm searching for a duck and I presume also validates that a duck is aerodynamically effective (I guess I don't think they'd stick it on if it was aerodynamically corrupt). But the question is whether a duck (like the MAShaw) will work with a cab?
Misha/MAShaw, can you help?

Well...love the front and rear bumpers, not so sure on the duck tail and not into the brown interior. $230k....I'd rather have a GT3 or GT3RS for a lot less!

Actually, the exhaust sounds like mine, which is AWE Cats, AfterHours Muffers, and EVOMS intake. I will be posting videos this weekend.
