What's your opinion on this today? Anything happened to the sound over time? Tune and/or level?
Thanks

Sorry to join the bandwagon of countless new 997S owners with exhaust questions, but . . . .Originally Posted by amag

I notice that you have the Tubi exhaust and the Sharkwerks bypass. I'm not sure I understand how that works. I thought the Tubi exhaust eliminated the center muffler -- which in turn, would change the sound, lower the amount of flow resistance, and lower the weight. What does the bypass do?
And to add on to what Superman asked:

Again, I apologize for the questions. I have been avidly reading every exhaust thread on this forum.
I had the Fabspeed side muffler by pass...not Sharkwerk center muffler by pass...2 totally different things.
I still have the Tubi and it has gone through around 15+ DE's...I instruct and obviosuly run in the instructors/solo group.
The sound has not really changed and the Tubi is holding up really well. Possibly a tad bit more open past 4000rpms.
