Wheel Enhancement

I just picked up at set of H&R 7mm and 15mm at Wheel Enhancer for $350+tax. 310-836-8908, ask for Alan. Bolts were $7ea x 20pcs, and spacers are the rest. Pricing is ok, but the good thing is they have it in stock and ready to pick up. I didn't have to fuss around wasting time w/ trying to figure which bolts will work, etc. They know the exact ones u need and guarantee to work.

AS a matter of fact, Im thinking of getting rid of my 15mm w/ bolts. I think it's just slightly too wide for my taste. I'm thinking of getting the 7mm for the rears.

Good luck

I think I saw in Tequipment catalog Porsche factory 5mm spacers for both front and rear. Are there any negatives of using 7mm on front? Using 15mm on rear?

I was wondering the same. is the factory 5mm the best setup or is the 7 front/ 15 rear the best for an 09?

5mm not very noticable...

I had the same concern, and I just don't think the 5mm will be very noticable... I went for the 7mm/15mm setup, and now I'm thinking if I should have gone 7mm/7mm setup. The rear seems to be pushed out a little beyond the fender, the rims are perfectly flushed, but the rubber on my Michelins is about 5mm out more than I like.

Besides, the 5mm setup from Porsche charges an arm and a leg. Go w/ H&R. They've been in the business for a while, and everyone has had nothing but good things to say about them.

Pics of 7/15 spacers

I've attached both the 7mm in the rear (left fender) and the 15mm in the rear (right fender). NOtice how the tire kinda sticks out about 5mm. Standing next to the car, it's kind of a mixed feeling. I honestly prefer the 7mm.

I didn't include the 7mm in the front because it is becoming a standard for all of our cars. It's been tested, proven and tried out. You can't go wrong.

I'd keep the track ratio between the front and rear the same persoanlly. The car already understears as it is. I'd would go with 7mm both front and rear.

One forum member told me that he had issues with 7mm spacers in front- something about having difficulty making front spacers "hub concentric"? Anyone experienced problems with 7mm spacers in front?

Thanks
