Ok, so I'm navigating around Internet and come across this site in a search that says Porsche Moment. I say to myself, this must be an old link to the pre-Oct event. Then I look at the video clip that is attached, and at the end of the video, the fine print shows up for a split second and says "offer expires 1/4/10. For a moment I thought this was the Euro date format, then after looking closer I said no, that is Jan 4, 2010.

They most likely did that for the commercial so they could keep their options open to extend it. It doesn't necessarily mean it's valid 'til then.
