Who makes the BIGGEST seat out there?
Who makes the BIGGEST seat out there?
Im 6'3 300lbs. What is the widest, biggest aftermarket seat out there? I dont want a kirkey or some drag seat. I want something nice like a recaro or sparco. They both make a XL seat, but I havent sat in either. Sparco's dimensions are bigger on the *** smaller on the shoulders. I was wondering if anyone has either of these to chime in. Or if their is another one that I dont know about thats nice, please let me know! thanks
I recently installed a cage in my car and now I have a tough time getting my leg under the steering wheel when I get in the car (which i didnt before). These are with the stock seats, so im hoping aftermarket seats I can mount lower and resolve this problem

perhaps you should frame your question what it the biggest seat that will fit in a 997..there are big seats available but most won't fit your 911...this has been discussed before but I can't remember if it was here or on Rennlist...you might do a search in both places...
I looked on Rennlist and they mention the EVO2 and Evo3 seats along with Cobra and OMP...you should give C-DOC a call as they can recommend a seat and bracket combo that will fit your car and hopefully your body
cdoc.com/
check their website and give them a call to discuss your seat problems...they fit seats and cages for many 911's and should have a combo for your 997 that will be more comfortable for your frame...the only problem I can see is you might have to bolt the seat to the floor to get the clearance you need but they will know for sure if there are any slider brackets that you can use
