Any San Diego members out there?

To any left coast members out there......

Looking to see if anyone has any information or history to share about Jake's Motorcars in San Diego. They have a P-car I'm considering, and while the car looks great, and Michale at Jake's is willing to help with PPI, I'm still a little nervous not knowing much about them. One review I was able to pull up was positive, but that's about all I know.

Sooooooo...if anyone has any info to share (positive or negative), I'd appreciate the feedback. If you don't want to post to this thread, please feel free to PM me.

Many thanks!

I would try the PCA in San Diego. Go to their web site at www.pcasdr.org and go onto the forum. I have been part of that club for the past six years and they are very friendly and knowledgeable and you will probably get quite a few opinions on your question.

Good luck!

Jake's a straight shooter. He's bought a couple 911 Turbos from me and resold them. He used to do just wholesale buying and selling but now also has a retail showroom. He moves a lot of high-end cars at great prices. When I was last there he was selling a McLaren AMG to a buyer who was shipping it back to Germany.

Kurt RSF. Thanks, man. The confirmation helps. Hopefully, I can work out a deal with them. Waiting on results of PPI.

Had a few cigars with the sales guys, seem to be pretty straight forward guys. They always have turbos for some reason but have been moving more and more F cars.
