Question What should I look for in a '05 997

Freshly minted member here. After nine good years, I'm selling my A6 2.7T. I test drove an '05 Carrera yesterday and instantly caught the Porsche virus. Its a 6-speed, clean, drove flawlessy (but it wasn't a long drive). Car has about 55K miles. When I go back for a serious talk with the dealer, I'd like to know if there are any issues I should be aware of for this model; either common problems or major maintenance items. Is it a practical daily driver? I'm also looking at 06-07 Caymans. Any advise will be welcome.
