Daylight with rear light

Being a Scandinavian, I have always been a fan of running with daylights front and back for safety reason (compulsory anyway) - however, i recently noticed when running with daylights, the rear lights are out of action. I just had a chat with a technician from Porsche E.London who said it was NOT possible to change the settings and I find that odd.

I just called up Porsche Denmark and they said their 997.2 run with daylight and rear light - is it as simple as changing the country code?

thanks for your help

What year is the car ? I have talked to a few guys who have tried the LED conversion and the general comments were that when it comes to the lights and electrical components it's not always easy to get them to work 100 percent.

I don't know the technical answers but I have read posts by a forum member in yoir region . He may not know either but he does seem to do a lot of work on his car and may be able to point you to a local technician in your area if your shop has a problem . His forum name is
