I think it is 'nice' and smart to support our sponsor members. I do find it strange that in the last 4-5 weeks I've contacted four different ones on their products (referencing 6speed) and got one great response (from Mike Burroughs at Forged Alloys), one nice 'thank-you, we'll get back to you shortly" and they never did, and two that did not respond at all.

I have found that many of the sponsors are also sponsors at other forums as well and at times it can be difficult to keep up with the amount of email, PM and other communication they get. I have always found that calling them on the phone was the easiest and best way to get an answer. With it being the holiday's, they could be overwhelmed trying to take care of all the end of year business. Not saying this is an excuse for not getting back to you, but a perspective on maybe why.

My experience is the opposite. I am currently corresponding with 2 sponsors, and they respond to email on weekends and at night... one even responded at after 11pm. I have nothing but great things to say.
