Vehicle Options via VIN number

is there some porsche site that if you put in the vin number it will list the options the car has? I"m looking at a car some distance away but the owner doesn't have the sticker. I guess the options should be listed under the funk, but I was wondering whether I could find that out on line from porsche.

found a nice low miler (18k) s cab fairly well optioned for around 52.5 but I want to know all the options.

also: are full electric seats availble on base seats? or only on sports adaptive?

i do not think VIN got anything to do with what options car gets later on. it is chassis number.
