997.2 GT3 bumper on a 997.1?

997.2 GT3 bumper on a 997.1?
Was thinking of exterior mods for my 997.1 S and I really like the factory aerokit which is basically a 997.1 GT3 bumper. But, thought, why not put on the newer 997.2 GT3 bumper, will give it a fresher look and is probably about the same price.

Anybody know if the 997.2 GT3 front bumper will fit a 997.1? Any reasons why it should not fit?
