Tires on 997 C2S : Yokohama Advan AD08 good choice ?
I'm thinking about new tires on my 997.1 Carrera S. Using my stock 19's.
- Will take the car only on sunny days.
- I plan to put coilovers (damptronics, KWv3, i don't know yet)
- Max 10% of time will be on race track.
- I would like to get the most telepathic, razor sharp, steering response possible from the car, even at the cost of some comfort, noise, etc..
I believe AD08 is a good tire, but is there anybody on this forum who tried it on a rwd 911 ?
If not, do you have any other recommendations ?
Thank you

Definitely a +1 here. Look into the Hankook v12's. Have them on the E63 and they are as comfortable as continentals and as grippy as PS2's. Have 7500 miles on them and they are still GREAT. That's what I will be using on the Porsche when the time comes....
