I pay $800 or so every 6 mos. for an X5, M5 and a Carrera 2 via Geico. The C2S is about $245 of that portion, listed as pleasure use with a $500 ded. The rate was actually much more reasonable than I had expected.

Good to see that the insurance is not so bad. I'm paying pretty comparable rates on my M5 and it's an older car.

950/6m
$500 deductible

Wonder if this is considered normal for the under 30 crowd?

If your record is clean and drive less than 'n' miles check out Wawanesa. I've been w/ them for close to 20 yrs and found their rates to be among the very lowest. Their service and support is pretty good as well.

$636/year with $1,000 ded. multi-car, multi-policy discount, 35 yrs old, married, with travelers. Progressive was about the same price. These cars are not expensive at all to insure.

I insure my '07 C4S and an '08 Infiniti EX for just over $1250 per year. Liability, comp, uninsured motorist, towing, etc.. The whole 9 yards. The Porscheis about $750 of the total. Have never paid for 3 cars what some of you guys pay for 1. But then, I'm over the age on consent.
