When I had mine done I bought some take off mufflers and had the sent to "FisterD" from Rennlist for the mod. I kept my originals in the event I didn't like the new sound. I loved the hacked cans and ended up giving my originals to someone else to convert to hacked mufflers for their car.

You can PM 6speed member "Gundo" who I believe originated this mod or on Rennlist you can look up FisterD who has done several as well. The mod is so easy if you get pictures and take to any muffler shop they should be able to duplicate on your mufflers.

Congrats on the new car. Is that an '09 or a '10? What are its specs?

Re exhaust I think the stock exhaust is just fine. If you want to preserve the warranty the only safe option is Porsche's own Sport Exhaust (PSE). Beware that any exhaust change will compromise the warranty.

With all respect, not true. Most Porsche dealers have no problems and will not void warranty with exhaust mods if you only do CAT-back mods. If you do headers/200-cell CATs then all bets are off. By the letter of the law you are correct, but in the real world not so.

Feels good to see one live his dream. Now go find some endless curvy roads. Beautiful car and even more beautiful is it's color. Now show us those seatbelts in Guards Red and bring out the drool in us.
